R.I.P. Jill Clayburgh (1944-2010)

God, I loved this woman. And I do mean WOMAN. She was every inch a woman, not a girl. Every time the camera mapped her face, as perfect as it was, I was enthralled. Yesterday, Ms. Clayburgh died of leukemia, from which she had suffered for more than two decades. And I am so sad about it. It's difficult to scan all of the movie-related deaths out there, and I try not to focus on them. But
